• Last appointment at 10PM; guest still get to enjoy up to 2 hours treatment.

• Please arrive on time or 15 minutes early for your appointment.

• Any amendment of your reservation, please kindly notify us as soon as possible and new time slot is subject to availability only. Otherwise your reservation may be shorten according to original booking schedule.

• Confirmed reservation with late arrival without advance notice will be kept for maximum of 15 minutes, after which we will release the booking and new appointment is required based on availability upon arrival.

• Kindly notify us for any cancellation at least 2 hours in advance; otherwise no show charges may apply. 

• Don't eat for at least an hour before or after your massage.

• Prior to the treatment, you will be requested to fill in the consultant form, kindly be available and provide us the required information, PREGNANCY AND ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS must be notified to our receptionist as some may not be advised to have massage or spa treatment.

• It is highly recommended that you keep all valuable accessories such as earring, necklace, bracelet, watch and any other jewelry items in provided locker for maximum comfort.

• Undress as much as you feel comfortable with for your treatment (please keep underwear on). Your therapist will keep your body conservatively draped and only expose each area to be worked on.

• Zen-out: we want you to relax and enjoy your private relaxation oasis so please silent or turn off all mobile phones during treatment.

• Allow the therapist to perform each service as reserved and timed.

• Let your therapist know if you are comfortable or needed adjustment in pressure, areas worked, position or even room temperature; here your well-being is our concern.

• In keeping a calm and relaxing atmosphere to all our guests, please refrain from loud conversations during treatment and in reception area.

• Do not bring children and leave them unattended, this is very disruptive to other guests and it is also unsafe for your children.

• Gratuities: if you feel that your therapist has done a fantastic job, you are welcome to tip the therapist as you pleased.

• Drink plenty of water after your massage to enhance the benefits of your treatment.

For guest taking massage package and spa treatments (min. spend MYR 148.00 per person), we provide complimentary transfer service (pick-up/drop-off only) within the city area or within 5km radius from our location. (Please contact us to reconfirm if your desired pick-up/drop-off location is included.) *This service is not available for outskirt hotels.

With a min. spend of MYR 148.00 nett per guest, we provide one-way airport transfer (min. 2 persons to go) service and free luggage storage service. Advance reservation is required, transfer request must be on the same day as appointment and either pick-up/drop-off point must be ZEN Borneo Reflexology.
